Relay for Life Demo

Alderford and guests will be participating in this overnight fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, which we will combine with an SCA demo. We will show up in garb, set up at least one pavilion, and build a campfire for bardic and socializing. We'll take turns walking the track as part of the Relay.

The Marche of Alderford (and friends) will demo for the Fox Creek Outdoor Experience, a modern-world exhibition of camping, sports, and other outdoor activities. We did this demo last year, and it generated a lot of interest.

From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Marches of Alderford and Thistle will present a joint demo for the Fox Creek Outdoor Experience. Setup is at 8:00 a.m., and cars need to be parked before 10:00. We need fighters, fencers, archers, thrown weapons, and A&S demonstrators.

This is a large outdoor demo on the beautiful grounds of Glamorgan Castle in Alliance. We have room for all kinds of exhibits and fighting. The demo runs 7:00~8:30 p.m., but you probably should plan to arrive earlier for setup.

Come and help our friends from Gwyntarian with a large demo for the Hudson Public Library, as they're helping us with our SCDL demo! The Hudson demo is a large outdoor demo with need for a variety of gentles with all different kinds of skills and things to show. The demo runs from 9:00 to 4:00.
