Merchants

Merchants must reserve table space in advance. Tables are US$20 each, and each table is 8 feet (2.4 meters) in length. Merchants may forego the table and provide their own display furniture (such as a garb rack) so long as it fits into the allotted space where the table would have been.

Registering for Merchant Space

Merchants wishing to register should first pre-register for the event. Then contact our Merchant Coordinator, THL Katarina Peregrine, at kwcs-merchants@4th.com, for further instructions.

NOTE: As of August 23, standard merchant booths are all sold out. There are still showroom spaces available, but no more booth spaces.
